Abby Elliott

Elliott began her comedy training at The Groundlings. She then began her training and began performing in comedy sketches at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles. [3] Elliott played a role of support in the pilots of 2006 You've Reached the Elliotts, and Chrissy: Plain & Simple. Both sitcoms starred their father Chris Elliott. When she was at UCBT where she was a regular, she performed as part of The Midnight Show sketch show. She has also occasionally performed comedy alongside her sister Bridey. Elliott had a role as a guest of King of the Hill, Minoriteam and other TV shows prior to becoming a part of SNL. In addition to appearing in "Jersey Floor" and "Studio 6Bee" sketches on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, she has been also featured. Elliott's first film appearance was No Strings Attached. She was a part-time character in various films, which include Fun Size and High Road. In the years following her departure from SNL from the show in 2012 Elliott had guest roles in television shows such as 2 Broke Girls, How I Met Your Mother, Happy Endings, and Inside Amy Schumer. She starred in the Bravo series Odd Mom Out from 2015 to the year 2017. In the year 2020, she appeared in the Fran Drescher sitcom, Indebted. It aired on NBC.
