Lis Wiehl (born August 19, 1961) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American author, and an ex-legal analyst at Fox News.
She is an adjunct law professor at New York Law School. Before that, she worked as an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She offered legal analysis on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor as well as National Public Radio. She has been a frequent guest of The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl she was born and raised within Yakima located in Washington State, matriculated in Yakima in the state of Washington from West Valley High School. She earned a bachelor's diploma of Barnard College (1983), the Master of Arts in Literary Studies from University of Queensland (1985) as well as an Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl was a prosecutor at the US Attorney's Office. She was the legal correspondent of NPR's All Things Considered. She was deputy chief investigating counsel for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee, during the impeachment of Clinton. Her time at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle was from 1995 through 2001. She managed their Trial Advocacy Program. The analyst was with Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
