Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices that deal with Human Resources, People Management and Talent Management as well as Culture Development. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked in a variety of industries with leaders and teams in order to enhance performance of their businesses, specifically when there is growth or rapidly changing environments by designing, coordinating, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. Her work as a partner to translate human and business strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. Infatuated by management, she believes that team building and learning as crucial to maintaining competitive advantage. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and trained managers who have shown effectiveness and outcomes. Her efforts helped create cultures within organizations that promote learning innovation and positive change for individuals and teams. In addition, Annmarie has a desire to dedicate her time and talent in supporting the Learning Ally mission, she provides assistance to several non- profit organisations in her spare time. For instance, the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is among them. The purpose of the committee is to train women as leaders. They also offer the training and network to Hospitality Healthcare Network, an association that has professional members across North America. The disease of addiction impacts everyone.
